I believe that we all have our own unique experiences and stories to share. What I like about being a therapist is having the honor and privilege of meeting an individual where they are first and foremost. The first step in one’s personal growth and healing journey is the foundation of building a therapeutic alliance built on trust, unconditional positive regard, and client-centeredness. My approach to therapy is using person-centered and trauma-informed care with integrating modalities such as mindfulness-based therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) to deliver therapeutic interventions that promote self-awareness, resilience, and lasting change.
