Clinical Supervisor II

LMFT, LPC or LCSW

Supervisor II represents experienced clinical leaders who help shape both clinicians and the practice. They play a key role in strengthening both individual clinicians and the broader clinical team.

Clinical Supervisor I

LPC, LMFT, LCSW

Great supervisors don't just oversee clinical work—they help shape the next generation of therapists. Supervisor I focuses on developing skills in mentorship, teaching, and clinical leadership while supporting clinicians through the early stages of their careers. This role emphasizes creating a safe environment for learning, encouraging critical thinking, and helping clinicians build confidence and competence.

Senior Clinician

LMFT, LPC or LCSW

Clinical excellence is not simply about years of experience—it's about consistently delivering exceptional care while continuing to grow. Senior Clinicians are recognized for their advanced clinical judgment, professionalism, and commitment to lifelong learning. They often serve as trusted resources for colleagues, model best practices, and help foster a culture of collaboration, curiosity, and clinical excellence throughout the practice.

Clinician III

LMFT, LPC or LCSW

Achieving independent licensure is a significant milestone in your professional journey. Clinician III is designed for therapists who have developed the confidence and clinical judgment to practice with greater autonomy while continuing to invest in their growth. At this stage, clinicians consistently provide high-quality care, make thoughtful clinical decisions, and continue refining their expertise through experience, consultation, and ongoing professional development.

Clinician II

LMFT-A, LPC-A or LMSW

As your confidence grows, so does your opportunity to deepen your clinical knowledge and refine your skills. Clinician II is designed for therapists who have built a strong clinical foundation and are ready to begin developing areas of expertise while practicing with greater independence and expanding the impact you have on the clients you serve. This stage is typically appropriate for clinicians with one or more years of post-graduate experience who have demonstrated meaningful growth in their clinical skills and professional development.

Clinician I

LMFT-A, LPC-A or LMSW

If you have recently graduated or are beginning your career as a therapist, congratulations, we know you have worked incredibly hard to get here!

We also know that the transition from graduate school into real-world clinical practice can feel exciting, overwhelming, and sometimes a little intimidating. We strive to be a place where new clinicians develop confidence, discover their clinical voice, and grow into the therapist they want to become.
