Human Resources Director

The Human Resources Director oversees the full employee experience from onboarding to ongoing support and retention to ensure that every team member feels valued, equipped, and aligned with our mission. This role plays a key part in fostering a positive, inclusive, and growth-minded work environment.

Clinical Compliance Coordinator

(LMFT-A, LPC-A, LMSW, LMFT, LPC or LCSW)

The Clinical Compliance Coordinator role is ideal for clinicians who are passionate about providing care and also committed to upholding the highest standards of ethics and quality. This position combines clinical work with administrative support, helping ensure documentation, compliance, and best practices are maintained across the practice in collaboration with the Compliance Director.

Assistant Clinical Director

(LMFT, LPC or LCSW)

The Assistant Clinical Director is a leadership role that combines direct clinical care with clinical supervision and administrative support. This position helps foster clinician growth, uphold clinical standards, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations in collaboration with the Clinical Directors, all while carrying a caseload of 17 billable sessions per week.

Growth and Development Coordinator

LMFT-A, LPC-A, LMSW, LMFT, LPC or LCSW

This position combines direct clinical work and maintaining a clinical caseload with strategic outreach by coordinating community partnerships, professional development opportunities, and revenue-generating events. This role focuses on expanding Coastal’s impact by securing and organizing programs led by Coastal clinicians in schools, businesses, and community settings.

Operations Coordinator

LMFT-A, LPC-A, LMSW, LMFT, LPC or LCSW

The Operations Coordinator is a dynamic role that balances a client caseload with high-level operational support to the Chief Operating Officer. This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the inner workings of a thriving mental health practice, with the potential to grow into strategic leadership as Coastal continues to expand.

Community Engagement & Marketing Coordinator

LMFT-A, LPC-A, LMSW, LMFT, LPC or LCSW

The Community Engagement & Marketing Coordinator provides exceptional clinical care while helping Coastal grow through partnerships, events, and campaigns that promote mental health access and awareness. This is a unique opportunity for a clinician who thrives in both therapeutic and community-facing roles.

Outpatient Clinician

LMFT-A, LPC-A or LMSW

At Coastal, we believe great clinicians are developed with care and intention, which is why our provisionally licensed team members receive the tools, mentorship, and encouragement to grow into the clinicians they aspire to be.

Outpatient Clinician
