What I love most about being a therapist is supporting people as they reconnect with their strengths and realize they’re capable of far more than they thought. It’s a privilege to witness someone move from surviving to feeling grounded, confident, and hopeful again. My approach is collaborative, trauma-informed, and strongly rooted in strength-based work. I help clients identify the skills and resilience they already carry while gently challenging and reshaping the narratives that may be holding them back. I integrate evidence-based practices like CBT, DBT, and ACT, but always tailor therapy to the individual so it feels authentic, empowering, and practical. My goal is to create a space where you feel understood, supported, and equipped to build the life you want.
