What I enjoy most about being a therapist is the opportunity to support individuals in meaningful and personal ways. By creating a space where clients feel truly seen, heard, and supported, I aim to empower each person and witness their unique journey of self-exploration, growth, and self-discovery.
My approach to therapy is warm, empathetic, collaborative, and client-centered. I prioritize meeting clients where they are and tailor our work to align with their individual goals. I often integrate evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), while fostering a nonjudgmental environment where clients can explore their thoughts, emotions, and experiences with honesty and self-compassion.
