Selecting a good therapist can be a difficult choice. One of the most important factors in having success in therapy is the relationship you are able to develop with your therapist. My approach to therapy always begins with celebrating a person’s strengths and identifying difficulties contributing to their unhappiness. Rarely do the difficult emotions we feel occur independently, but are instead often a product of repeated patterns that we have developed throughout our lives. As a therapist, it is a privilege to help guide others in their transformative journey in learning more about themselves and preventing these patterns from continuing. While healing and change is difficult, you won’t be alone on your journey. I’ll be there to support you, sometimes guiding you, along the path. Everyone has a story to share. My goal is to support you in organizing and better understanding the storyline.
