My approach to counseling is centered around providing an environment that
promotes healing and self-discovery at a comfortable pace set by the client. Each
person is unique, so no one approach works for everyone, but I have a central
belief that when you change the way you think, you can change the way you feel
and the way you behave. Ultimately, my guiding principle is my desire to create
an accepting, supportive environment where clients are able to build skills,
achieve goals important to them and enhance their well-being.
