As a clinician, my goal is to create a safe, supportive, non-judgemental environment, uniquely geared towards your needs. In my work, I implement a variety of techniques, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance/Commitment Therapy, and various forms of mindfulness, and have worked in different clinical settings with children, adolescents, and adults. My inspiration stems from my belief that every individual deserves to live a fulfilling, desirable life. My hope for my clients is to help guide and empower, and eventually for you to create a life that you love. Everyone has their own strengths, and I hope to help you find and tap into yours.
