Individuals, couples, and families all experience moments of feeling 'stuck' and powerless when nothing they try seems to work. While one can navigate life's challenges independently, creating more meaningful connections and long-lasting change takes a village. As a Marriage and Family Therapist, I bring a warm, understanding, and compassionate approach to creating a safe space for my clients to overcome challenges and adapt to a new stage of life.
My training in Structural and Strategic Family Therapy has shaped my view of individuals, couples, and families because the problems they face stem from how they interact with one another or when transitioning from one stage of life to the next. In my work, I support individuals, couples, and families by fostering meaningful connections and interactions and identifying new ways of using or accessing resources. I am also trained in Solution Focused Therapy and Narrative Therapy.
