As a clinician, I try to demonstrate and encourage honesty, empathy, and genuineness. The decision to embark on a therapeutic journey can be daunting, yet so incredibly empowering and rewarding. I believe in utilizing a client-centered approach, as well as incorporating their unique strengths to help them stay motivated throughout their journey. One thing to never forget is therapy is, and always will be, a safe space for all.
